dragons (or is that gryphons?) at Wycliffe

Had a fabulous school visit yesterday to Wycliffe Prep school near Stroud..(an hours drive through varied weather fronts!)…and received a warm welcome from Tony Sinclair and a lovely school dinner! Years 3, 4 and 5 were very excited by the idea that there might be dragons hiding in their school logo, as a gryphon is pretty dragon like we agreed! Also did some Child’s Play storytelling with Class 2 and I must admit it’s great to be back in the groove after a very long Summer break (and change of continent!) It’s a glorious morning in Marlborough and am hoping it will last the week….

Next week I am off to dragon in Jakarta (via Dubai to do a bit of sorting and packing) and then on to Ubud Writers Festival, Bali….very excited indeed…..
